UK Returns Only

 


We currently only accept returns within the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges from outside the UK.

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges (UK Only)

 

 

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Refunds will be issued excluding original shipping costs.

 

 

 

 

Faulty or Damaged Items (Worldwide)

 


If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


To help us resolve the issue quickly, you must:

 

  • Email us with your order number

  • Provide clear photo evidence showing the fault

 


Once reviewed, we will advise on the next steps. If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs where applicable.

  2. Include your order number, contact details, and a brief explanation of the issue.

  3. Our team will respond with further instructions, including return details if approved.

 


Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

 

 

 

Shipping Costs

 

 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or an error was made on our part.

  • In approved fault cases, return shipping will be covered by us.
